Announcement to the shareholders of the THETIS Fixed Income Mutual Fund
The company decided the merger by absorption of the Mutual Fund “THETIS Fixed Income Bond Fund” by the Mutual Fund “ATHOS Income Plus Bond Fund”. The merger was approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with its decision number 1/1745 / 25.5.2021. The merger date was Monday, June 28, 2021.
