MiFID II
On November 1st, 2007 Law 3606/2007 was enacted, relating to the markets of Financial Instruments. Law 3606/2007 incorporated into Greek legislation the provisions of the relevant European Directive 2004/39 / EC of the European Parliament and of the European Council, more widely known as Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
Law 4514/2018 incorporates into Greek legislation the latest European Directive 2014/65 / EU of the European Parliament and the European Council on Markets in Financial Instruments, better known as “Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II)”; which now regulates the provision of investment and ancillary services in the European Union.
The new legislation as well as the relevant regulatory framework, further strengthens the integrity and efficiency of the operation of the capital markets, aiming at providing increased investor protection, stimulating competition, strengthening the cross-border provision of investment services in the European Union, and promoting markets’ transparency.

Pre-Contractual Information
The Client Pre-Contractual Information document aims to provide clients of ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT who have signed or are likely to investment services agreements, the necessary information on the policies and procedures that the Company has enacted to comply with the rules provided for by the current legislation on the markets for financial instruments.
