In the process of acquiring mutual fund units, according to the applicable legislation (Law 3691/2008) and the relevant regulatory provisions (Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/506 /8.4.2009) as in force, ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT will require that you provide the following information and the necessary documents confirming the information provided and your investment.
